ABOUT
The LITTLE PLAYER PROGRAM (LPP) is the first step for players within Penn Fusion Soccer Academy. The LPP is perfect for all mini athletes and is a fun introduction to the beautiful game of soccer. The program focuses on athletic development, skill development, the FUNdamentals, and a love for the game! Each week players are taken on a new learning adventure!  This program is open to boys and girls ages 3-5 years.

Class Info:
Players register for one weekly class, which runs for 5 weeks (5 dates + rain-date).
All classes are 50 minutes.

  • Tuesdays @ Gameday Athletics (indoors on turf):

    • Little Player (3-4 years) 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm

    • Little Player PLUS+ (4-5 years) 1:00 pm - 1:50 pm

    • Dates:

      • January 28 & February 4, 11, 18, 25 (March 4 snow date)

• Saturdays @ Westtown School Athletic Center (indoors on sports court):

• Little Player (3-4 years) 9 - 9:50 am / 10 -10:50am

• Little Player PLUS+ (4-5 years) 9 - 9:50 am / 10 - 10:50am / 11 - 11:50am

• Dates:

  • February 1, 8, 15, 22 & March 1 (8 snow date)

• Sundays @ Westtown School Athletic Center (indoors on sports court):

• Little Player (3-4 years) 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm

• Little Player PLUS+ (4-5 years) 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm

  • February 2, 9, 16, 23 & March 2 (9 snow date)

An Example 5 Week Curriculum:

• Boundaries & Exploration

• Stopping, Turning & Changing Direction

• Moving at Speed & Obstacle Relays

• Introduction to Passing & Sharing the Ball

• Shooting & Scrimmaging

Staff:
All staff are experienced Penn Fusion staff coaches that have been trained specifically to work with our youngest players. All coaches have successfully completed state and national Police/FBI background checks and are registered coaches with Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association.

Notes:

• Player to Coach Ratio of 12 : 1.

• Participants should wear soccer attire and shin-guards for safety and bring a soccer ball size 3.

• Outdoors LPP: The cost for a 5 week session is $99

• Indoor LPP: The cost for a 5 week session is $125

• Each class is 50 minutes long.

• Each season consists of 5 classes.

• PFSA will provide 1 rain/snow date per season (1 maximum).

• Please note that the club has a no refund policy for camps/programs two weeks prior to the start date.
