Game Environment/Style of Play:
Offensive, possession based game with style, speed, and composure, controlling the tempo.
Attacking style - committed, positive, organized, and aggressive.
Quick & Proactive in transition, avoiding over-dribbling with quick movement of the ball.
Individual & team creativity in the final third.
Teams must be organized defensively, and show connection & ability to press as a unit when required.
When attacking, players will look for spaces and movements to support offense by moving away from their original positions “inter-changeability”.
Levels of Play: Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)
ECNL Boys teams compete within the Northeast Conference. Our nationally competitive ECNL program is the premier destination for college bound elite level student-athletes (U12-U19).
ECNL Girls teams compete within the North Atlantic Conference. Our nationally competitive ECNL program is the premier destination for college bound elite level student-athletes (U12-U19).
Levels of Play: Elite Clubs Regional League (ECRL)
ECNL-Regional League (ECNL-RL) Boys teams are the second tier of play at Zone 2 within our club. Our teams compete within the ECNL-Regional League and participate in Regional level showcase events with a focus on college exposure opportunities that mirror our ECNL level.

Penn Fusion offers Academy & Traditional Travel levels at the U9 through U19 age groups.
At the U9-U11 Age Groups:
‘Elite/1st Level’ teams play within the top divisions of sub-regional leagues and tournaments, and compete in EPYSA state cups.
‘REDS/2nd Level’ teams play within EDP & APL leagues and compete in EPYSA Cup Competitions and Tri-State area tournaments.
‘United & Eagles/3rd-4th Level’ teams play within local level leagues and tournaments.
At the U12-U19 Age Groups:

Levels of Play: Recreational Soccer League
The Penn Fusion Spring Recreation League is a fun, competitive league for recreation level soccer players of all skill levels. We offer girls and boys specific devisions at the U6, U7, U8, U10, U12, U14, and High School age groups.
